Make sure you check your items carefully for any signs of damage before they're used or installed. It's essential to keep your receipt as you will need them as proof of purchase.
In order to process any claim under the guarantee TCP will require the following information:
1. The original sales receipt including the product name, purchase date, and product description;
2. The original product;
3. Your name, your address, and your contact telephone number.

Failure to provide all of the information required will result in TCP being unable to return your repaired product to you or supply any replacement product.
Please note we must test and inspect all faulty products, refunds or replacements for a faulty product which may take up to 10 working days.
