This information is collected to ensure secure log in to the TCP Smart Cloud and to enable push notifications of data in relation to the Smart products we provide.
Third-Party
We do not use your data with any third party organisation nor do we use your personal data for any marketing activities.
Data transfer outside of the EEA
We store information in our secure cloud and this data is held with 1 of 3 data centres globally. As a result data may be transferred outside of the EEA (European Economic Area). By using our products and services you acknowledge and agree to your personal information being transferred in this way. We maintain data security protocols to ensure data is transferred securely.
Keeping it safe
We have appropriate security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed unlawfully. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
